Visitors

My sister and niece came to visit last month. They got two visits for the price of one because my parents are still in Seattle on their church mission. We did fight over them a bit but were able to do some really fun sight seeing while they were here.  The first night we headed to The Botanical Gardens in Bellevue and then to dinner.  On Friday we did all the tourist attractions in Seattle. Then on Saturday we headed toward my neck of the woods and checked out old town Snohomish and all their antique shops. The weekend went way too fast and I was sad to see them go. We are ready for more visitors!!! Who's coming next?

This is Kerry Park- it over looks all of down town Seattle. We really lucked out with the weather. As soon as we would finish our days activities then the rain would come. It was perfect.

We checked out Gas Works Park and it was really fun. My dad even got adventurous and did the fireman's pole. It was really tall, I was super impressed with his skills and so were all the little kids watching. Tara's turn was not so smooth.

We hit the Locks and were lucky enough to see a 134 ft. sail boat go through as well as see the Salmon swimming up the fish ladder.

Thanks sis for coming!!!
